I take a safe and empathetic approach to working with you. We dedicate time for self-reflection and fostering awareness while collaborating in how we use our time together to achieve your goals. We work together on the root cause of current challenges with the aim of producing long lasting changes in how you think and feel about yourself, others and the world.
Tailored treatment plans are developed collaboratively utilizing a diverse range of proven psychotherapeutic modalities and techniques, such as EMDR, EMDR 2.0, Schema Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Resource and Skills Training.
I provide both online and in-person sessions, recognizing the significance of your comfort with your therapist. However, I currently only have capacity for online sessions.
